orbit (thin cut <2 mm) ถ้า:
- สงสัย open globe

open globe
- traumatic
hyphema
- massive
subconj hemorrhage (>80% / circumferential / bullous)
🟠 Urgent (same day)
- laceration
>1 cm
- deep/embedded
foreign body
