- ไม่ต้อง culture

ยกเว้นมี secondary infection
3. Large Local Reaction
เกิดจาก
IgE-mediated reaction
เกิดหลัง
6–24 ชั่วโมง
อาการ
- บวมมาก
- คันมาก
- ปวด
- แดง
อาจลามทั้งแขนหรือขา
การรักษา
Mild-moderate
- Cetirizine
- Topical
corticosteroid
เช่น
- Fluocinonide
0.05%
- Clobetasol
0.05%
Severe
อาจให้
Prednisone 20 mg PO
